By applying through the online form below, you can quickly and safely apply online for a property. All applications are processed in the order received. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable. Please read through the requirements below prior to entering an application.

1. Credit score needs to be 600 or above.
2. Income should be at least 3 times of the rent.
3. No prior eviction history.

Pets

We gladly welcome up to two pets per household. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 ensures a comfortable living experience for all residents.
